I have received my account password and the letter states that I can use it online. How do I do this?
To access your account online, you will need to login. The login box is in the top right hand corner of the home page- it contains a section for you to enter your username and account password. Enter your user name (which is the same as your account number) and account password and click "Login" which is located within the same box. This will log you into the site. The first time you use our online service you will be asked to change your account password to one of your own choice. The next time you log in, use the new password you have chosen. Don't forget to logout when you are finished so no one else can access your account.
